Important: the network you send on must match the address. USDT sent on the wrong network to the wrong type of address can be lost.
Deposit USDT step by step
- Sign up and press Deposit.
- Choose USDT TRC-20 (or ERC-20). You see your personal address and a QR code.
- On your exchange choose Withdraw → USDT, select the same network (TRC-20 / TRON) and paste the address.

- Sending TRC-20 USDT to an ERC-20 address or the other way round.
- Withdrawing to an exchange address without checking which networks the exchange accepts.
